Smiles from Abroad

Most foreigners respect all things German. Many have discovered their love for the Germans too. And the Germans are lovers of most things foreign as well as the people from many parts of the world. Within Europe, a few nationalities have formed very close and emotional bonds with this country.
Even if some of the bonds of a political and economic kind reveal friendships and useful connections between particular countries, the folk here like to pick and choose their own favourites. The French, the British, the Italians are all looked upon with warm hearts and well wishes.
Further abroad, the USA, Thailand, and countries in the caribbean as well as south east Asia are also favourites. Some cheerful types from several countries have donated us their smiles to Germany and the Smile Days.
